GlobalGen Wholesale sources products through manufacturers, brands, authorised supply partners and established distribution channels where available. Our sourcing standards are designed to protect customers, marketplaces and the integrity of the supply chain.
Authenticity standards
Products should come from traceable business supply channels
GlobalGen Wholesale’s product sourcing process is built around business documentation, supplier records and responsible product controls. We do not position products as “marketplace approved,” and resellers remain responsible for confirming eligibility on each sales channel.
Purchase records
Supplier, product and purchase records are maintained to support legitimate wholesale transactions.
Product checks
Products are reviewed before being made available to approved wholesale customers.
Restriction controls
Products may be restricted by brand, channel, marketplace, safety requirement or account approval status.

Documentation availability varies by brand, supplier, product category and transaction history. Digital Distribution does not promise a Letter of Authorisation or brand documentation for every product.

Documentation requests may be reviewed based on the customer account, completed purchase and supplier or brand availability.

Brand and channel restrictions
Product availability is not the same as permission to list anywhere
Resellers must confirm that they are authorised and eligible to list each product on their chosen sales channel. Some products may be unsuitable or restricted for certain marketplaces.
Authorised distribution
Some products may be distributed under specific supplier or brand permissions.
General resale
Some products may be available for resale generally but still require channel-specific review by the reseller.
Separate approval required
Some products may require separate marketplace, brand, category, safety or compliance approval.

Counterfeit prevention
We do not knowingly distribute counterfeit goods
GlobalGen Wholesale takes product authenticity seriously. If a product authenticity concern is raised, we may review supplier records, product information, transaction details and customer documentation connected to the issue.
Authenticity concerns
Customers should report suspected authenticity issues promptly with order details, product photos, labels, packaging and marketplace notices if applicable.
Corrective action
Where appropriate, products may be reviewed, restricted, removed from availability or escalated through supplier channels.
What we do not claim
Clear limits protect the business and the reseller
No “Amazon approved” product claims
Amazon and other marketplaces make their own eligibility decisions. A distributor cannot broadly approve every product for every seller.
No universal brand authorisation
We do not promise brand letters, Letters of Authorisation or approval documents for every brand unless that authority genuinely exists.
No ungating guarantees
We do not guarantee category approval, account approval, listing approval or marketplace ungating.
No invoice-only service
Commercial invoices are issued for completed wholesale purchases and are not sold separately.
