Brand policy
Some brands limit where products can be sold, who may list them or what documentation is required.
Brand & Channel Restrictions
GlobalGen Wholesale may make products available to approved wholesale customers, but each reseller remains responsible for confirming brand permissions, marketplace rules, category requirements and sales-channel restrictions.
Why restrictions exist
Certain products may have restrictions based on brand policies, marketplace rules, safety requirements, warranty terms, distribution agreements or account approval status. These restrictions help reduce listing disputes, intellectual-property complaints and customer-service problems.
Some brands limit where products can be sold, who may list them or what documentation is required.
Marketplaces may require category approval, brand approval, safety documents or seller performance history.
Regulated, hazardous, safety-sensitive or age-restricted products may have special selling and shipping requirements.
Some products may be available only to approved accounts that meet documentation, volume or channel standards.
Reseller responsibility
GlobalGen Wholesale can provide product access and documentation where available, but the reseller must confirm whether each product can be listed and sold through their chosen marketplace or sales channel.
Restriction types
Some products may be available through authorised distribution channels, but reseller listing rights may still vary by marketplace.
Some products may be broadly available for resale while still requiring accurate listings, compliant fulfilment and customer support.
Some products may be restricted or unsuitable for Amazon, Walmart, eBay, Wayfair or other third-party marketplaces.
Some brands may require separate approval, direct authorisation or additional documentation before marketplace sale.
Products involving health, safety, electronics, batteries, children’s goods or regulated categories may require extra documents.
Access may depend on the reseller’s business verification, resale documentation, sales channel and account history.
Important: GlobalGen Wholesale does not guarantee that a marketplace will approve a product, brand, invoice, seller account or listing.
Documentation requests
Where available, customers may request product or brand-related documentation. Availability depends on the supplier, brand, product category, completed purchase history and the authority GlobalGen Wholesale has to provide it.
Distribution authorisation, product compliance documentation, safety data, certificates of conformity or warranty information.
Requests may be reviewed based on the customer account, product, purchase history and supplier documentation.
We do not promise a Letter of Authorisation or brand letter for every product unless that authority genuinely exists.
What not to assume
Product availability from a distributor does not mean Amazon or any other marketplace has approved the product for your seller account.
A wholesale purchase does not automatically grant every reseller permission to list every brand on every marketplace.
Restricted products may require safety documents, category approval, special handling, age checks or marketplace-specific approval.
Commercial invoices support transaction records but do not replace brand approval, listing eligibility or marketplace policy compliance.
Channel discipline
GlobalGen Wholesale may restrict products from certain marketplaces or channels where brand rules, supplier terms, warranty limitations or marketplace risks require it.
Products may be unavailable or restricted for third-party marketplace sale.
Some products may be more suitable for approved owned websites, wholesale channels or retail operations.
Product access may depend on the reseller’s verification, business type, documentation and sales channel.
Need product access?
Brand, channel and documentation questions are reviewed through approved wholesale accounts and eligible completed purchases.
GlobalGen Wholesale does not guarantee marketplace approval, brand approval, category approval, account ungating or listing eligibility. Each reseller is responsible for confirming that they are authorised and eligible to list, sell and fulfil each product through their chosen sales channel.
