7. Orders, Pricing and Payment
Any orders accepted by GlobalGen Wholesale are subject to account approval, product availability, pricing,
payment status, credit terms, shipping restrictions and operational review.

- Orders may ship in bulk or direct-to-customer where supported.
- Direct-to-customer fulfilment does not remove the reseller’s seller-of-record responsibilities.
- Tracking and delivery estimates are not guarantees and may depend on carrier systems.
10. Returns and Refunds
Returns, refunds, replacements and credits are subject to GlobalGen Wholesale’s Returns & Refunds Policy,
account terms, product condition, supplier rules and inspection results.
- Products should not be returned without return authorisation.
