Marketplace Fulfilment Standards

Documented fulfilment standards for responsible resellers

GlobalGen Wholesale supports approved business customers with wholesale fulfilment procedures designed to help resellers remain the seller of record, manage customer obligations and avoid retail-arbitrage-style fulfilment practices.

Operating framework

Four standards support a controlled wholesale fulfilment model

These procedures define how qualifying orders are documented, packed, dispatched and supported. They do not remove the reseller's responsibility to comply with the rules of each marketplace or sales channel.

Seller-of-record fulfilment

The reseller remains the seller of record for every customer transaction. Where agreed and operationally supported, customer-facing packing documentation can identify the reseller.

Neutral fulfilment

Orders are prepared without third-party retail invoices, pricing materials or promotional inserts that could identify another retailer.

Commercial invoicing

Approved business customers receive itemised commercial invoices linked to genuine completed wholesale purchases and transaction records.

Returns management

The reseller remains responsible for customer communication, refunds and marketplace obligations while the physical return may be coordinated with our distribution team.

Seller responsibilities

Direct fulfilment does not transfer the reseller's obligations

GlobalGen Wholesale provides wholesale supply and qualifying fulfilment support. The reseller continues to own the customer relationship and remains accountable for the transaction.

Seller identity

The reseller must be clearly identified as the seller through the relevant customer-facing sales channel.

Customer service

The reseller remains responsible for customer messages, order concerns, refunds and dispute management.

Returns and refunds

The reseller must maintain and communicate an appropriate return process and make refund decisions.

Listing eligibility

The reseller must confirm product, brand, category and marketplace eligibility before listing.

Accurate order data

Orders must contain complete shipping information and any agreed customer-facing seller details.

Policy compliance

The reseller must follow all applicable marketplace policies, consumer laws and tax obligations.

Neutral shipment requirements

What qualifying direct-to-customer shipments are designed to exclude

Neutral fulfilment is intended to prevent another retailer's identity, pricing or promotional material from appearing in the package. Availability depends on product, location and operating arrangements.

No third-party retail invoices No retail pricing materials No promotional inserts from another retailer No packing slips naming another seller Agreed customer-facing seller details where supported Tracking supplied through the applicable fulfilment process Order and transaction records maintained Return procedure coordinated with the reseller

Acceptable use

Wholesale fulfilment must be connected to genuine product purchases

GlobalGen Wholesale provides products, commercial records and fulfilment support for approved business customers. Documentation is created from genuine transactions and must not be misrepresented.

Completed wholesale purchases

Commercial invoices are created only after a genuine wholesale transaction has taken place.

Verified business accounts

Wholesale access is subject to business verification and acceptance of reseller and fulfilment terms.

Eligible products

Availability may vary according to stock, channel restrictions, brand requirements and operational capacity.

Important: Product availability does not guarantee marketplace eligibility. Resellers remain responsible for confirming that they are authorised and eligible to list each product on their chosen sales channel.

Prohibited and unsupported practices

What our fulfilment standards do not support

These restrictions protect our business, our wholesale customers and the integrity of the fulfilment process.

Retail-arbitrage fulfilment

Orders must not be fulfilled by purchasing from an unrelated retail website after a customer places an order.

Third-party retailer identification

Packages must not contain invoices, receipts, pricing or promotional material identifying another retailer.

Invoice-only transactions

We do not sell invoices separately or issue documentation for products that were not genuinely purchased.

Guaranteed marketplace approval

We do not guarantee brand, category, product or marketplace approval for any reseller account.

Misrepresentation of authorisation

Customers must not claim brand or distribution authorisation that has not been explicitly granted.

Unsupported shipping requests

Orders may be declined where products, destinations, documentation or packaging requirements cannot be supported.

Order controls

Orders may be reviewed before release

GlobalGen Wholesale may hold, reject or request clarification for orders where information is incomplete, inconsistent or outside agreed operating standards.

Account status

The wholesale account must remain approved, accurate and in good standing.

Product restrictions

Channel, territory, brand, safety or fulfilment restrictions may apply to individual products.

Address validation

Incomplete, unsupported or inconsistent shipping details may delay or prevent dispatch.

Payment status

Payment must be completed or covered by approved account terms before qualifying orders are released.

Documentation requirements

Required seller details, order information and supporting documents must be supplied accurately.

Operational availability

Direct fulfilment is subject to inventory, carrier, warehouse and product-handling availability.
