GlobalGen Wholesale issues commercial invoices for real completed wholesale purchases. These invoices are designed to document supplier, purchaser, product, quantity and transaction details clearly and consistently.

What our invoices are designed to include
A commercial invoice should clearly identify the supplier, the business customer, the purchased products and the transaction details. It should be generated from a real completed purchase, not a quotation, receipt, order screenshot or pro-forma document.
- GlobalGen Wholesale legal business name and business address
- Website, email address and business telephone number
- Customer legal business name and billing address
- Unique invoice number, invoice date and purchase date
- Itemised product descriptions, brand or manufacturer, and identifiers where available
- SKU, UPC, GTIN or other product identifier where available
- Quantities purchased, unit prices, total prices and payment status or terms

Invoices must reflect real wholesale activity
Itemised details
Product descriptions, quantities, pricing and identifiers are listed clearly where available.
Supplier visibility
The invoice should clearly identify the supplier information connected to the wholesale transaction.
Purchaser records
The invoice should identify the legal business customer and billing details connected to the order.
Verification readiness
Invoices may be reviewed by marketplaces or business partners
Marketplace investigators may ask sellers to provide supplier invoices and may verify supplier details. Our invoice standards are designed to support clear, authentic documentation for legitimate wholesale purchases.

Order confirmations
Online order confirmations, screenshots or cart summaries are not completed commercial supplier invoices.
Pro-forma invoices
Pro-forma invoices, quotations and estimates do not replace invoices generated from completed purchases.

We do not sell invoices separately. Invoices are issued only for real completed wholesale transactions.

An invoice does not guarantee marketplace approval, category approval, brand approval or account ungating.
No fake transaction records
We do not create invoices for products that were not purchased through a genuine wholesale transaction.
No marketplace affiliation
